Agency Lead Blis are looking for an experienced candidate to take on the role of Agency Lead. This role reports to and will be required to shadow and assist in managing the team’s pipeline as well as their own. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years’ experience within AdTech sales, a strong contact list and hold existing relationships with the major agency groups and mobile specialists. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the current mobile market and where to leverage huge global spends to drive sales. The most important aspect of this role is to source significant levels of new business, develop strong client relationships, mentor and support junior members of the team and deliver the highly professional service for which Blis are renowned. Key Responsibilities Leverage existing and new relationships to build their own pipeline of opportunity across the Blis product set Target customers are media agencies including mobile specialists and independents Conversion of pipeline and acquisition of new customers and accounts to achieve aggressive targets. Create and lead sales presentations for the team Strong relationship building and account management of customers Ensure a high level of accuracy across campaigns Have an active role and input in team strategy and company sales meetings Minimum requirement of 60 meetings per quarter and recorded in Zoho Commitment to Blis' Inclusion initiatives & 5 step sustainability plan Skills and Requirements Strong background in digital or mobile media sales and account management Expert knowledge of mobile display advertising, programmatic media and data offerings Currently leveraging digital budgets from media / mobile agencies Existing relationships within media agency groups A demonstrable understanding of the needs and requirements of digital media buyers A proven track record of growing a pipeline from scratch The confidence to present to large and small audiences A proven ability to close deals and achieve targets Demonstrable self-starter experience Commitment to being a team player in a dynamic environment About us Blis is the geo-powered advertising tech stack.
