Previous experience in consultancy and delivery within the defence sector is essential. A cooperative team member supporting senior team members in the successful delivery of projects. Capable of independently completing tasks and projects and taking responsibility for your own time management and ability to work towards overall project timescales and potentially tight deadlines. Expected to support senior team members in business generation activities where required, such as bid writing and developing marketing material. Capable of building strong, professional client relationships and identifying and resolving client's issues. Able to analyse information quickly and efficiently, choose or recommend from a range of options and make decisions where the parameters are unclear, and judgement needs to be exercised. Capable of preparing concise reports with compelling and engaging narratives. Leading the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters. Establishing effective project governance, processes, and systems to be utilised throughout the project. Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance. Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications. Commercially astute and have the ability to manage a project to maximise profit. SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable. Minimum three years' experience in a consultancy and delivery role. Minimum undergraduate qualification (e.g., real estate, facilities management, engineering, economics, business). Full time (with flexible working opportunities and home working). Willingness to travel/stay overnight. Security Cleared or able to become Security Cleared (UK Security Cleared).
