Our client is a highly regarded South Wales Legal 500 firm seeking a talented and motivated NQ Employment Solicitor to join them in their Cardiff office.

This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified to three years post-qualification experience solicitor to work on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.

Responsibilities:

Handling a caseload of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and employment contracts Providing legal advice and support to clients on employment law issues Assisting with employment tribunal claims and preparing witness statements Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures Keeping up to date with changes in employment law and best practice Qualifications:

Qualified solicitor with NQ to 3 years PQE Strong background in both contentious and non-contentious employment law Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal advice and support to clients Commitment to continued professional development and staying updated on changes in employment law The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases and contribute to the growth and success of the employment team.
