Eden Brown has an opportunity for a Senior Cost Manager to join our client's team based in London.
Our client
is a forward-thinking boutique cost management consultancy with an enviable reputation for being the go-to expert for major London commercial schemes and a black book of customers that contains all the leading developers. They’ve been enjoying rapid growth of 30% year over year, which has created a number of opportunities to join their MEP cost consultancy, and with plans to grow headcount by a further 50% over the next 18 months, joining now presents a golden opportunity to achieve rapid career progression. What we are looking for:
You will be a project-running cost manager, as comfortable in front of clients as you are helping to develop your own team. You will have expert knowledge of cost, risk, and opportunity in JCT and NEC contract forms. You will have built relationships with specialist contractors and the wider supply chain, and be able to advise clients on budget and cost planning, cost controls during a project, procurement support, and value engineering. You will most likely hold MRICS or will be on that pathway. What you will get:
