Our Client Our client is looking for a Senior PA and experienced Office Manager to support for an initial term of a year role based in their office in the centre of Edinburgh. Your new role: This role is very fast paced and forms an integral part of the smooth running of our client's current project. You will manage both operational and procedural responsibilities whilst providing a full scope of PA support to a Senior Director. The client is going to be undertaking an office move during this assignment and you will be expected to offer a high level of support in relation to this also. Duties will include: Personal Assistant to Project Director: Work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks to support with time management and allow them to work to optimal productivity. Complex travel arrangements, meeting coordination and diary management. Managing and processing expenses. Preparation and management of correspondence while demonstrating the utmost discretion. Preparation and collating of documents for meetings. Notetaking, typing and other secretarial duties. Office Management: Overseeing and supporting with the daily management of the office including facilities management and procurement of supplies. Supporting with office move and new office layout and refurbishment. Budget management to ensure cost effectiveness. Processing of invoices. Supporting with events. Health & Safety monitoring in line with legislation and company policies. Experience Required: Must be highly experienced in a demanding fast-paced environment where they can demonstrate specific experience of the above duties. Extremely organised with the ability to adapt to the needs of the Project Director at very short notice. Have the ability to think objectively and strategically whilst always prioritising the overall project objectives. Work independently and confidently but with the ability to know when to seek guidance. What you'll get in return: This is a very senior and demanding opportunity that would offer great experience and challenges and this is reflected in the very generous daily rate. The contract is for 1 year with a view to renewing on an annual basis.
