Technical Customer Delivery & Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Customer Delivery & Support Engineer to join an innovative team working on cloud-based solutions that tackle real-world infrastructure challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology while ensuring customers get the most out of their products. The Role As part of the customer delivery and support team, you will play a key role in both proactive and reactive customer support—helping clients implement, troubleshoot, and optimize their use of cloud-based analytics and AI-driven solutions. Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure smooth deployments, resolve technical issues, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Cloud Infrastructure Management:

Deploy, monitor, and maintain AWS-based cloud environments. Deployment & CI/CD Pipelines:

Develop and manage automated deployment processes using tools like GitLab, Jenkins, and Bitbucket. Containerization:

Manage Kubernetes and Docker environments to ensure secure and scalable operations. Performance & Monitoring:

Implement logging and monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, CloudWatch) to ensure system reliability. Collaboration & Support:

Work with development and QA teams to support infrastructure needs and resolve customer issues. Testing Automation:

Build and integrate automated test frameworks into CI/CD pipelines. What You’ll Need Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline. Minimum

4 years'

experience in a development or delivery role. At least

1 year

of DevOps experience or a development role with strong DevOps responsibilities. Hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, RedHat, IBM Cloud). Strong Linux skills and experience managing CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery solutions in the cloud. DevOps or SysOps certification (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer). Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, GoLang). Experience deploying serverless functions (e.g., AWS Lambda). Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean). If you have the skills and experience to excel in this role, we’d love to hear from you! Seniority level
