13th February 2025 Key Duties Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage areas, including restaurants, bars, cafes, catering, or event spaces, ensuring that all services run smoothly. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels during peak and off-peak hours. Ensure that food and beverage procedures outlined in the QMS are adhered to. Maintain effective control of food and beverage services on site by checking daily stock levels. Ensure any vending machines are full and assist with filling vending machines. Introduce and execute new promotions, special events, and seasonal menus to attract customers and boost sales. Liaise with all appropriate Managers to maximise promotions and sales opportunities. Have overall responsibility for the stock control of both food and beverage ensuring that budgeted margins are delivered on a monthly basis, stock rotation is carried out and wastage is minimised. Promote the Food & Beverage offering via effective quarterly sales plans and food and beverage promotional offerings to achieve income targets. Experience At least two years' experience of working in a similar environment, running both daily and event catering. Previous experience leading/supervising a team. Qualifications Food Safety Level 2. A personal licence - preferable.
