Job Description Manage and lead design to ensure project success Coordinate with various departments to align design and construction processes Implement and oversee design standards and protocols Ensure designs meet regulatory compliance Provide design input on construction projects from inception to completion Manage project budgets and timelines Continuously improve design processes and methodologies Provide regular project updates to stakeholders The Successful Applicant A successful Design Manager should have: A degree in Design, Construction, Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Design Manager in the house building or affordable homes sector Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams Excellent understanding of design and construction processes Knowledge of design software and technologies Strong communication and project management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What's on Offer A competitive salary in the range of £55,000 - £75,000 Additional benefits including a car and bonus scheme A supportive and professional work environment Opportunities for personal and career development Being part of a company that values innovation and quality
