To work with other members of the MASH team to achieve the following outcomes for women who sex work: To improve women’s health To improve women’s well-being To support women to make informed choices To increase women’s safety To influence policy and practice changes in other agencies working with our client group Using a gender and trauma-informed approach, the Nurse will work independently to deliver sexual health services to female sex workers across Oldham, Rochdale & Bury. This will involve assessment and listening to service users' needs, information giving, referrals into other clinical services, and safeguarding. The post holder will engage with service users on the MASH van in saunas and in community-based settings. Staff testimonials
