The Opportunity Our client is a dynamic and innovative programme management consultancy specializing in delivering bespoke solutions across sectors such as rail, highways, utilities, and construction. We are looking for an experienced IT / Technical Support specialist who can work closely with the Head of Technology to deliver transformation in their IT Support - whether that be internally or externally to clients. In regards to the type of experience we are looking for: Experience working within a fast-paced, ever-changing environment where many hats are expected to be worn. Comfortable operating within a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line capacity. Any experience working across cloud platforms (AWS / Azure) would be beneficial. Strong understanding of 'what good looks like' and the ability to help deliver transformation within the organization. Adept at working within a small support team (additional 2 support engineers) and have the aptitude for leadership. The Why?
