We are seeking enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join our established team and be a part of a surgery that really makes a difference.
You will be working within our purpose-built health Centre on the Cowley Road, serving approximately 12,500 patients.
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, you will be supported by, and work with, a diverse multi-skilled professional team of clinical and non-clinical friendly staff, providing high quality, person-centred, holistic nursing care to patients.
The role will be a combination of on-the-day urgent presentations of patients, as well as chronic disease monitoring and management. You will provide a high-quality service to the patients of Cowley Road Medical Practice; diagnosing and recommending/prescribing treatments and medication while working within defined procedures and protocols. You will be working as part of a clinical team, with GPs, Pharmacists, Practice Nurses, and Healthcare Assistants.
