Food & Beverage Supervisor

who will work closely with management to ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained in all our F&B outlets. As Food & Beverage Supervisor your key responsibilities include: To supervise the service delivery in all Food & Beverage outlets and assist in the organisation of all Food & Beverage operations in the evenings on a daily basis. To work closely with the F & B Manager to ensure that all outlets are always operating efficiently. To assist in training and motivating the team to achieve F&B targets and standards. To deal effectively with customers at all times in order to ensure that outstanding customer service is delivered at all F&B outlets. To be responsible for float during shift ensuring correct balance at end of shift. To check misplaced items regularly throughout the day. To carry out all reasonable tasks as may be requested. As Food & Beverage Supervisor the essential skills required: F&B Supervisor experience in a 4-star hospitality establishment or restaurant. Outstanding customer service skills. Good organisational skills and ability to work well under pressure. Passionate and have a can-do attitude. The ability to work as part of a team.
