About the Role As a Technical Coordinator, you will report to the Technical Manager and play a vital role in: Supporting Project Delivery : Assist in managing and ensuring the effective delivery of residential developments from a technical perspective. Effective Communication : Lead meetings and present information to clients, senior leaders, and various stakeholders across the organisation. Project Management : Facilitate the timely progression of mixed tenure residential projects from pre-start to physical site commencement, while providing support during the build phase. Key Responsibilities You will be responsible for: Document Control : Process design information and maintain document control systems. Design Coordination : Assist in managing the design team and specialist subcontractors effectively. Technical Evaluation : Evaluate scheme proposals to ensure compliance with planning and building control requirements. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: Experience in new builds within both private sale and social housing markets. Knowledge of Planning and Building Regulations, current standards, and legislation. Strong skills in coordinating information distribution with a proven ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision. CAD drawing capability is desirable but not essential.
