These Trainee Solicitor roles are available to candidates who have successfully completed their LPC. We are not currently accepting applications from SQE candidates or apprentices. During your training, you will work with our teams on a variety of exciting and challenging matters. You will have quality time to train in most, if not all, of our departments. You’ll also have plenty of support and a chance to work on projects alongside our current team of Trainee Solicitors. Who we are looking for…

Some of the skills and qualities you will need for a trainee solicitor role are: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to different audiences and contexts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills A keen interest in and awareness of current legal developments and trends Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and different levels of seniority Initiative, with the ability to generate new ideas and approaches and to act proactively and independently when required Care, for the work you carry out, and in support for your colleagues Resilience and agility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Professionalism and integrity, with the ability to uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and confidentiality, and building trust with colleagues, clients and professional contacts Ready to make your move?
