Data Science, Performance, and Strategy teams , where you will work to integrate data-driven solutions that enhance business performance. Additionally, you will engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement strategies that elevate Electrolux's global market presence.

Responsibilities

Data and Analytics Strategy

Set the annual roadmap, goals, and deliverables, while establishing and maintaining the global vision and mission for Data and Analytics team. Develop and implement data and analytics strategies, frameworks, and KPIs. Work closely with data science to design, build, and implement data-driven forecasting models to predict future trends, performance, and business outcomes across channels. Develop 1st party data strategy in collaboration with Publicis data experts. Partner with the client's global team to shape and champion the analytics agenda, aligning with and advancing broader data and analytics objectives. Identify new service opportunities to enhance data and analytics offerings. Data Governance

Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance throughout the data lifecycle. Develop and implement data governance workflows, standards, and procedures to ensure accurate and compliant data collection aligned with measurement frameworks. Ensure adherence to established data governance standards and processes. Support the successful adoption and integration of data governance practices across agencies and client teams. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor data quality and compliance. Measurement Frameworks

Develop measurement framework(s) to inform media strategies, support client vision and drive revenue and profit growth for the client's business. Ensure data collection aligns with the client measurement framework and is captured accurately. Develop and deliver reporting templates and automated reporting solutions in line with the measurement framework. Reporting, Insights

Oversee global reporting requirements and support local markets on reporting needs. Develop and/or support development of the dashboards and reports to monitor relevant KPIs and campaigns' pacing. Support Strategy and Performance directors to deliver high-quality campaign performance analysis. Work with Performance team on T&L agenda and pilot test setups, ensuring proper measurement for actionable insights. Create solutions to enhance cross-channel performance measurement. Technology, Automation & AI

Develop technology integration structures to enable seamless data flow and enhance operational efficiency across platforms and systems. Lead the adoption of new technology solutions to improve data quality, connection and reporting. Collaborate with business and tech teams to ensure seamless integration of data systems. Define data business rules and standards for new and existing dashboards. Drive the use of AI and automation to enhance data processing and reporting capabilities. Stakeholder Collaboration

Lead discussions between business and tech stakeholders for data management. Support the client's broader data and analytics goals, including regular presentations to clients on opportunities and trends. Regularly present updates to clients, collaborating with internal teams. Build strong working relationships with Google and other tech and data vendors. Engage with teams across Publicis Media to share best practices and collaborate on initiatives. Team Management and Training

Oversee team management, training, and knowledge transfer across teams. Manage data governance and reporting teams to deliver high-quality projects. Provide training for local and central media teams on data governance, reporting, and measurement. Lead knowledge transfer for wider digital, data/tech, and buying teams. Work with central and local teams to promote best practices. Develop and conduct team training on reporting best practices.

Qualifications

Hard Skills

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio). Knowledge of coding languages (Python, SQL, R) for automation (beneficial). Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery, PowerPivot, and macros. Expertise in advertising technology, media data, and campaign measurement best practices. Proficiency in data governance tools, techniques, and processes. Soft Skills

Strong business acumen to identify and capitalize on new data opportunities. Collaborative skills for cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management. Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data concepts for diverse audiences. Comfort in presenting insights and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a strategic mindset. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail. EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE REQUIRED Proven experience in data and analytics, with a track record in leadership roles. Agency experience, including client-facing responsibilities. Experience in handling global or regional data operations within matrix organizations. Background in managing data quality, compliance, and reporting for large datasets. Expertise in developing measurement frameworks, KPI tracking, and data governance standards. Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics). Familiarity with ad platforms (e.g., SA360, DV360, Google Marketing Platform). Proven ability to lead data-driven strategies, manage large-scale projects, and drive innovation. Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data management.
