Our client is one of the world’s most recognised brands, a global technology company who consistently delivers innovation combined with beautiful design. You'll help manage the planning and execution of various projects. Your main role will be to support and co-ordinate efforts between the client’s Cross-Functional producers, Business, Design, and Editorial teams to create exciting promotions and campaigns for our customers. Being organised and good at teamwork is key. Reporting lines and key stakeholders

This role reports to a Lead Partner Asset Manager. You will work closely with Producers, Designers and QA Testers, across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities

Assist producers and work with business, design, localisation and editorial teams to ensure smooth delivery of promotions and campaigns. Work with business partners to understand their priorities and assist in creating agendas and timing plans. Help manage fast-paced projects, adapt to changing priorities, and support team members in meeting deadlines. Help outline project objectives, scope, and expectations to ensure everyone is aligned. Contribute to planning and executing projects from start to finish, ensuring all parts are on track. Update project trackers, share status updates, address potential delays, and prepare for launches. Conduct checks to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards. Identify and suggest improvements for established workflows and processes. Requirements

Detail oriented with a keen eye for quality assurance. Basic familiarity with project management software and tools. Excellent spreadsheet skills in both Excel and Numbers. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems. The ability to prioritise and work quickly and efficiently within tight time frames.
