The Role The Wholesale Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the global wholesale marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with the overarching business objectives. This role manages day-to-day marketing activities for priority wholesale accounts in key strategic and growth markets, delivering innovative and effective marketing activations that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sell-through. As a brand guardian, the Wholesale Marketing Manager ensures consistent and premium representation of Rapha across all wholesale touchpoints. Key Responsibilities : Devise and lead the global wholesale marketing strategy, ensuring all partner activities align with Rapha’s business objectives and brand positioning.

Manage day-to-day marketing operations for strategic priority wholesale accounts in primary markets (USA, UK, DE, CHN) and secondary growth markets.

Collaborate with Sales and Brand teams to attend sell-in and marketing meetings, presenting seasonal brand plans and crafting bespoke marketing activations to drive awareness, engagement, and sell-through.

Oversee and execute 360-degree wholesale marketing activations, including but not limited to digital campaigns, windows, POS, rides and events, shop-in-shops, pop-ups, social media, ambassadors and partner shoots.

Track, analyse, and report on all global wholesale marketing activities against agreed KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations to Brand Marketing and Wholesale leaders.

Own and manage the wholesale marketing budget, ensuring all partner activations are accurately tracked and accounted for.

Implement and lead the wholesale visual merchandising (VM) process in collaboration with internal stakeholders, covering pop-ups, POS materials, toolkits, and pricing structures.

Support the Brand Marketing Director and Chief Operating Officer with global expansion plans, providing guidance on wholesale marketing in new markets.

Ensure timely distribution of brand assets to wholesale partners, with pre-approval from the brand team, maintaining consistency and excellence in execution.

Integrate key looks for top-tier retailers into seasonal campaign shoots to drive sell-through and ensure brand alignment.

Serve as a brand guardian across all wholesale touchpoints to protect Rapha’s brand integrity and premium positioning in global markets.

Monitor and report on the wholesale competitor landscape, providing insights and recommendations to maintain Rapha’s competitive edge.

General Marketing Responsibilities : Support the Brand Marketing Director and wider team with 360 rollout plans for campaigns, collaborations and special projects, working closely with all channel owners to devise marketing plans that will drive awareness and sell-through.

Contribute ideas, research and data to brand projects and strategy as and when required.

Implement processes and ways of working within the department that will drive efficiencies and improve team collaboration.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes: Proven experience in wholesale marketing within a premium or luxury brand, preferably in the sportswear or lifestyle sectors.

Self motivated with a can-do attitude.

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise workload effectively.

Results-driven, with a solution oriented mindset

Meticulous attention to detail with the capability to execute projects to a high standard.

Calm under pressure and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The ability to present information in a clear and concise manner, both written and verbally.

A passion for cycling and the Rapha brand is highly desirable.
