Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent and cohesive content strategy across channels. Create briefs and manage relationships with influencers and content creators. Participate in conversations, engage with our audience, and build connections to boost brand presence. Regularly reporting social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and follower growth, providing valuable insights to refine our strategies. Monitor key metrics like engagement, reach, and follower growth, and provide insights to refine our strategies. Work closely with our global marketing and regional teams to maintain consistency and alignment in our campaigns across social media platforms. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms, bringing new ideas to keep our strategy relevant. Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to ideate and develop social-first campaigns. Skills we’re looking for… Possess a genuine passion and proven understanding of all social media channels. Be creative and able to come up with innovative ideas. Video editing, photo editing and copywriting. Understanding of social media metrics – able to interpret results and take action to increase the effectiveness of social media efforts.
