We are hiring for a Business Development Executive to join our Tech Festivals SpEx team. Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be responsible for growing revenues, account management and lead management for our Tech Festivals in Cape Town and Singapore. This position is heavily focused on multiple products and would require strong experience selling complex solution sales. Join Our Tech Festivals Team as a Business Development Executive! Are you passionate about technology and eager to drive growth in the exciting world of tech festivals? We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Tech Festivals SpEx team! What You'll Do: Secure sponsorship, conference, and exhibition revenues for our Tech Festivals in Cape Town and Singapore. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities. Qualify leads and identify strategic selling opportunities using our CRM system. Develop accounts and nurture client relationships. Create innovative solutions and quality proposals based on our Informa Festivals product base. Collaborate with our Marketing, Operations, and Production teams to ensure excellent client service. Gain deep insights into the Tech market, clients, and competitors. Qualifications

You'll Thrive in This Role If You Have: Experience in conference, SpEx, media, B2B, or relevant industry sales. A consultative approach to handling complex briefs and creating creative solutions. Skills in mapping products, client bases, and competitor landscapes. Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and cross/up-selling. Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems.
