Role Overview : We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Recruitment and HR

Manager to join our People team. This dual-role position will support both recruitment and HR business partnering, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and employees alike. You’ll work closely with our Recruitment Director and People Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee relations (ER) administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.

Job Specification : Recruitment Assist with full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing timely feedback. Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS),

TeamTailor , and maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and hiring progress. Conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and support candidate selection. Enhance candidate experience by providing clear communication throughout the recruitment process. Onboarding Coordinate onboarding processes, including the preparation of contracts, orientation scheduling, and new hire documentation. Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new employees. Assist with new employee induction programs, ensuring alignment with company values and culture. HR Administration Provide administrative support for employee relations (ER) matters, including record-keeping, documentation, and tracking cases. Assist in maintaining and updating our HRIS system,

HiBob , ensuring accuracy of employee data. Support the People Partner with HR initiatives, including performance management, employee engagement activities, and policy updates. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR processes, policies, and benefits.

Experience and Qualifications

/ Requirements: Experience in recruitment and HR coordination , ideally within a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with

HRIS software

e.g. HiBob and

applicant tracking system

e.g. TeamTailor. Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, especially in employee relations and case management. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively, in a hybrid work environment.
