Dubai, New York, Singapore, or London About the Client: Our client is a top crypto-native High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm, led by quants from top firms like Tower Research and Goldman Sachs. They are building a new Crypto OTC desk in Dubai and are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to drive growth in Crypto OTC trading. Key Responsibilities: Spearhead business development efforts for the firm’s OTC desk, with a focus on crypto OTC trading. Leverage existing relationships with Crypto Foundations and treasury management teams to onboard key counterparties. Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with high-value clients. Collaborate with internal trading and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of large-scale transactions. Candidate Requirements: Demonstrated experience in business development within crypto OTC markets. Established network of relationships with Crypto Foundations. In-depth understanding of crypto trading, market dynamics, and OTC processes. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
