£80,000 Basic, £200,000 OTE + Unmatched Benefits

A long established, highly successful and extremely innovative cybersecurity firm is seeking a Head of Sales to spearhead their ambitious growth plans by developing a team of Business Development Representatives. This is a unique chance to join a company at the forefront of the industry, with a groundbreaking SOC (Security Operations Centre) and a reputation for excellence.

The company fosters a collaborative environment that encourages and rewards independent thinking. Although they are highly goal-oriented, they maintain a professional atmosphere and have an outstanding client retention rate. Additionally, they experience extraordinarily low staff turnover, a rarity in this sector. This is attributed to their fun yet professional environment, focused direction, and a shared commitment to being part of something bigger.

As the Cybersecurity Head of Sales, You Will Receive

£80,000 basic salary with an OTE of £200,000. A comprehensive benefits package including electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme, 5% pension, life assurance, private health, critical illness, and 25 days holiday from day one. In addition, you will receive a personalised benefits package with other options tailored to your needs. Join a collaborative and supportive environment that focuses on professional development and growth. Contribute to a company that is shaping the future of cybersecurity.

What You'll Need to Apply to the Cybersecurity Head of Sales

Proven experience leading sales teams in consultancy or SaaS. A solid track record of recruiting talent that performs and exceeds expectations. A deep understanding of modern sales methodologies, managing by metrics and a track record of exceeding targets. You will also have a strong knowledge of inbound marketing methods, such as HubSpot or equivalents. You will be teeming with ideas on new approaches to increase sales. You will possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire. You will have brilliant communication and interpersonal skills. You will have a passion and desire to develop team members to contribute to a growing company.

What You'll Do as the Head of Sales, Cybersecurity

You will lead and mentor the existing team of Business Development Representatives who work remotely across the UK. While the existing team works remotely, you will immediately be tasked with recruiting at least four new SDRs. They would like to create a small office around your location with future SDRs being office-based or hybrid rather than remote. The ideal location for the new office would be London or Milton Keynes to attract the best SaaS talent. You are expected to drive year-on-year sales growth of £2M, increasing existing revenue to £24M by 2030. The role requires a modern-thinking sales leader who leads by example and has a strong understanding of inbound marketing tools such as HubSpot to generate qualified leads.
