highly motivated and skilled Head of Sustainability and Compliance

to lead the development and implementation of our sustainability strategy. In this critical role, you will ensure regulatory compliance while proactively shaping the future of our sustainability practices. Key Responsibilities

As a key leader in the business, you will: Drive Cultural Change

– Embed sustainability into core business operations by inspiring and influencing teams.

Collaborate Across Teams

– Work closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with evolving legislation and industry standards.

Maximise Reuse Opportunities

– Lead initiatives in

Recycling, Reuse, and Circularity (RGC)

to enhance sustainability efforts.

Ensure Data Accuracy

– Oversee precise data collection for internal and external sustainability reporting.

Champion Industry Best Practices

– Stay ahead of emerging trends and implement innovative sustainability initiatives.

Represent the Business

– Attend industry events and working groups, advocating for the company’s sustainability and compliance interests.

Lead a High-Performing Team

– Manage a dedicated sustainability team, including a

Sustainable Process Manager, Environmental Coordinator, and Management System Coordinator .

Oversee Waste Management & Contractors

– Ensure efficient waste stream management and maintain strong external contractor relationships.

Develop Strategy & Conduct Gap Analysis

– Identify improvement opportunities and drive strategies to support net-zero goals.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have: A relevant technical or business degree .

Expertise in Environmental Regulations & Sustainability

– Strong understanding of sustainability frameworks, legislation, and best practices.

Leadership & Communication Skills

– A strategic thinker with the ability to lead teams and foster a culture of sustainability.

Analytical & Reporting Skills

– Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation for internal and external stakeholders.

Project Management Expertise

– Proven experience in leading projects and managing cross-functional teams.

Commitment to Compliance & Sustainability

– A strong background in sustainability strategy and regulatory compliance.
