Are you the “go to” person for the latest things to do in London? With a passion for creating memorable moments and showcasing our great City, you will be part of a small but perfectly formed team helping our guests to get the most from their visit. Helping with directions, theatre bookings, delivering luggage, booking restaurants, or delivering guest amenities - every day is different, and no two guests are the same! A key part of the hotel, you will speak to all departments making sure that we create the very best guest experiences through every part of their stay. What we look for
