As a

Mechanical Project Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical projects within the commercial and industrial sectors. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage mechanical building services projects from inception to completion. Oversee the installation of high-quality mechanical systems, including pipework and HVAC solutions. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations. Work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and site engineers. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage procurement, cost control, and contract negotiations. Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Foster strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements:

Proven experience in mechanical project management within the building services sector. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and pipework installations. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Understanding of industry standards, regulations, and health & safety requirements. Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or building services. Full UK driving licence. What’s on Offer?
