23643_222720122 Job Details: We need a CNC Machinist with offline programming skills for our site in Bognor Regis. The position is dayshift, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4.30 pm. You should be able to use CAM software. Expected hours: 40 per week plus overtime available with increased pay rates. You will join a manufacturing company dedicated to precision engineering and innovation, specializing in Motorsport, Automotive & Aerospace as a leading manufacturer of composite components. Key Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines with a focus on 5-axis machining and Epoxy/PU patterns, fixtures, and carbon components. Program and edit CNC code to produce complex parts with high precision and accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to determine machining requirements. Monitor and inspect machined parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Follow SOPs to ensure parts are machined correctly and to the correct requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CNC machining processes.
