will be: Handling complex professional indemnity claims, primarily within the construction sector. Advising major insurers on claims involving architects and construction professionals. Managing cases related to cladding and fire safety issues. Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients. Providing strategic input and guidance on risk management for clients. The Successful Applicant The
Professional Indemnity Associate/Senior Associate
should be: A solicitor or equivalent with 2 + years PQE
in professional indemnity or construction law. Experience in handling complex claims for major insurers, with a focus on construction-related issues. Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to handle high-value cases. A proactive approach to case management and risk assessment.
