Automotive Workshop Administrator Northampton Our client, a privately owned garage specialising in the servicing and repair of Commercial Vehicles, is seeking for a Automotive Workshop Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidates will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of our workshop by handling a variety of administrative tasks. Role:

Automotive Workshop Administrator Hours:

Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 5pm (30 mins lunch) Location:

Northampton Key Responsibilities Processing and managing invoices Dealing with phone orders and customer inquiries Performing general administrative duties to support workshop activities Ensuring smooth communication between departments and clients Requirements: Strong organizational and administrative skills Excellent phone communication skills Proficient in basic office software (Microsoft Office, etc.) Previous experience in an administrative or automotive-related role is a plus, but not essential Benefits: Company pension Employee discount Free parking On-site parking
