Buyer - Residential Developer - Surrey

A leading residential developer is seeking an experienced Buyer to join their team and support their growing portfolio of projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of high-quality residential developments, including low-rise and high-rise schemes, with project values ranging from £15m to £30m.

Role Position: Buyer Location: Surrey Rate/Salary: £300 - £425 p/d or £65k - £75k (plus package)

Duties May Include: Procuring materials for residential developments Negotiating contracts to ensure best value and quality Managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely deliveries Supporting the commercial team in cost management and budgeting Benchmarking prices and identifying new suppliers where required

Requirements Strong experience working as a Buyer in residential construction Knowledge of procurement processes, material costs, and supplier management Ability to negotiate contracts and secure competitive pricing Excellent communication and analytical skills Experience working with housebuilders or residential developers is highly desirable

Projects Residential Developments (low-rise & high-rise) Mixed-use Schemes Traditional housing units
