As a

Customer Success Manager , you’ll work as part of our dynamic Partnerships Team to engage with current and future clients, as well as key influencers for BRE’s brands. You’ll be the main point of contact for your portfolio of partners, ensuring strong relationships, effective account management, and continued growth of the BRE brand internationally. Your responsibilities will include: Managing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners. Supporting partners in interpreting BRE processes and standards (e.g., BREEAM). Identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth. Representing BRE in forums, events, and international markets. Preparing regular performance reports and analysis for senior management. Travel to our international partners (Europe) once per quarter. What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced professional with: A proven track record in customer success management, partnerships, and client engagement. Experience in supporting and guiding partners to understand processes and standards, with a focus on prioritising service and collaboration. Strong experience supporting international customers. An understanding of sustainability, building standards, or certifications (desirable). Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. French speaking (desirable). Why Join BRE?
