You will be involved in both contentious and advisory matters and enjoy a high level of autonomy and client contact. Clients include organisations, business owners, senior executives and professional advisers. Your caseload will be wide-ranging and include:
Disciplinary and grievance matters
Workplace investigations/audits
Business transfers and TUPE
Restrictive covenants
Employment tribunal claims
Complex discrimination claims
