The team acts for large Commercial clients, so they'll need somebody who has a strong background acting for employers. The work is often complex, so you will be expected to help develop the juniors in the team.

The firm works flexibly, and the team is typically in the office 3 days a week.
You will have responsibility for the team, the workflow, and your own complex Employment cases.

It's likely that you will have at least 7 years' PQE and experience managing others.
