Production Manager

Located within South Norfolk, their production facility provides the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness to all of its tableware and furniture. You’ll be liaising with the management team on a daily basis and be responsible for the planning and execution of the day's production requirements. Although the facility has a variety of automated washing equipment, this is also a hands-on role, making sure deadlines are met and being able to think on your feet if any changes are required to meet the day's production schedule. Proven Leadership Skills, either as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager. Communication Skills – at all levels within the business, from Production Team to Senior Management. Proven success at meeting required deadlines. Adaptable and can work on own initiative. Hands-on ability. Rate of Pay
