Due to growth, More Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Engineering Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Leicester Office, based in Meridian Business Park. We have a team of 8 consultants within the office that are recruiting into the industrial, driving, and engineering sectors across the East Midlands area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle within the engineering sector, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment solutions. Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, specifically within the engineering sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with engineering clients and candidates. Conduct thorough candidate interviews and technical assessments. Provide expert advice and market insights to clients within the engineering industry. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Collaborate with the team to develop innovative recruitment strategies tailored to the engineering sector. Minimum Requirements:

Previous experience in recruitment, with a focus on engineering recruitment. Strong understanding of engineering recruitment processes and best practices. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a drive to succeed. Strong account management skills with a proven track record of growing existing clients. Experience in sales over the phone and in person. Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships within the engineering industry. A driving license is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for delivering outstanding customer service. At least 1 year of experience working in an agency is preferred. What We Offer:
