We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Accounting Clerk to support our Finance team on a fixed-term basis. The initial contract will be for 12 months.

Responsibilities: Checking, coding and posting invoices Allocation incoming cash to customer accounts Prepare intercompany recharge invoices Record bank statements on a daily basis Assistance in Internal Audit testing relating to SOX Creating supplier/customer files Reconciliation of intercompany balances Sending out remittance statements to clients and suppliers Ensuring that invoices are raised and distributed correctly Credit collection and follow up Producing credit notes statement in coordination with supply chain department Distribution of intercompany statements to appropriate entities Reconciling Intercompany balances at the end of period Providing information to German tax advisors for monthly filing Reconciliations of A/P, A/R and Cash general ledger accounts Support month end close process Requirements

The following knowledge and experience would be considered advantageous: Experience of using ERP systems Utilisation of Microsoft Office Products with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel Working within a SOX Environment Experience in using Internet Banking Platforms Enjoys working in an international environment Benefits
