Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care

Annual Salary: £32,000 - £39,000 (DOE) Location: Barking Job Type: Full-time We are excited to announce the opening of a new Domiciliary Care service in Barking, set to launch in April. We are seeking a Registered Manager with a passion for care and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and shape the services of a start-up, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. Day-to-day of the role:

Oversee the daily operations of the Domiciliary Care service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Lead and manage staff, providing training and development opportunities to ensure a high standard of care services. Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with current legislation. Manage budgets and ensure the efficient use of resources. Conduct regular assessments to monitor the quality of care provided. Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and external agencies. Ensure all care plans are person-centred, promoting independence and well-being. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Registered Manager in Domiciliary Care or a similar setting. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care or equivalent. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent understanding of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety regulations. Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and able to work independently. Benefits:
