ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR - PROPERTY DEVELOPER
LONDON - SALARY UP TO £42K WITH CAR ALLOWANCE
ABOUT:
* Property Developer based in North London * Residential developments within the M25 * Longstanding business with an exceptional client base and Management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Procurement of trade packages within budget and timescales set. Management and control of subcontract variations within budget. Accurate and timely cost reporting including cash flows. Concise reporting on risks and opportunities. Logical and auditable preparation of relevant documentation for valuation, procurement and commercial administration.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Residential quantity surveying would be beneficial. UK Resident.
OFFERING:
Salary up to £35,000 - £42,000 depending on experience. Car allowance of £6,250 in addition per annum. The company offers hybrid working, 4 days office and 1 day home (flexibility required). Additional company benefits & Annual bonus 10%. Health Cover. Non-contractual bonus per annum.
