Job Overview:

The Portfolio Team drives and influences how Arm's product strategies come to life. As a Portfolio Analyst, you’ll develop and run robust reports, dashboards, and analytics to support key areas such as capacity management, portfolio planning, and executive-level reviews. Working with a diverse range of data, platforms, and reports, you’ll bring data to life in ways that directly impact business strategy. Collaborating with partners across the organization, you will be directly involved in translating ideas into actionable insights and supplying data-driven business decisions. You will work in a robust data environment that includes industry leading tools such as Power BI, Tableau and SQL, alongside advanced infrastructure supporting data lakes and ETL pipelines. You'll be supported by a dedicated and knowledgeable team, with the role offering access to sophisticated training, mentorship opportunities, and development pathways to take you on your journey toward expert leadership in the data and analytics field. Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel. Support automated data processes by running ETL pipelines and solving service issues. Identify and resolve data issues systematically, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Contribute to the Portfolio Team’s roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Represent Portfolio planning needs within Arm’s data and analytics ecosystem. Required Skills and Experience:

Demonstrated experience in crafting analytics and metrics that drive impactful decision-making. Proficiency in reporting and analytical tools, particularly Power BI, Tableau, and Excel. Superb attention to detail with the ability to spot even the tiniest flaws impacting data quality. Understanding of database design & architecture, with a focus on pulling data for reporting using query languages such as SQL. Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. “Nice To Have” Skills and Experience:

Experience working with ETL pipelines, especially using REST APIs, JSON, and Python. Familiarity with Data Lake design, including Medallion Architecture (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks). Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA. In Return:
