Order to Cash Lead | Listed Consultancy Sector | Organic & M&A Growth Central London | Hybrid working pattern Salary up to £95,000 + discretionary bonus + wider benefits STOIX are proud to be representing a leading listed business in the consulting sector. This consulting firm has enjoyed continued success and growth in their journey so far and provides a comprehensive suite of services on an international scale. With a portfolio spanning a diverse clientele across several exciting sectors, they have established a great brand within their specialist sector. They are now in a position to bring on board an Order to Cash Manager who can progress and develop within a role offering a wide range of experience not typically seen for a company of this size. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle, encompassing invoicing, collections, and cash application. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations. Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to O2C performance, such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and cash flow. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs within the O2C function. Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure smooth and effective order fulfilment. Provide support for internal and external audits. Contribute to the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) is advantageous.
