We are partnered with a local and highly reputable Architectural practice based in Newcastle who are excited to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to their team.
The company works across the residential sector, both bespoke homes and larger housing developments. They are enjoying a busy period with an ever-increasing workload, with the owner being passionate about employing a Senior Architectural Technologist to eventually lead the office as they execute further growth plans. This will be a proper Architectural Technologist role where you will design and deliver the projects you work on. They are a great place to work and are highly respected within the local market.
AutoCAD and Revit experience would be advantageous, with at least five years of industry experience, ideally already leading your own projects from inception through to completion.
The starting salary will be up to £40,000 plus a company package. Our client offers both flexible and hybrid working.
