Continuous Improvement Engineer – Midlands

The company is extremely well established with over 150 years of manufacturing experience and has a global reputation which is second to none in their market place. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit an experienced continuous improvement engineer. Key Skills Degree Qualified in Engineering or Manufacturing Discipline Able to Influence and Use Data to Support Improvements The Role The ideal candidate will have engineering process improvement experience and come from either a continuous improvements engineering background. They should be able to work on their own initiative, be ideally a degree-qualified engineer with knowledge of LEAN, TPM, and Six Sigma systems, and have manufacturing machinery experience within a process engineering arena. If you have worked on projects, process machinery, measuring OEE & process mapping, and other manufacturing processes, it would be advantageous. Ongoing training and support within this highly focused group will give the right candidate an opportunity to progress into larger roles within this long-standing group.
