Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring our long-term sustainability and success. As key contacts in the practice, Managers work collaboratively across the Firm, driving intellectual leadership, client relationships, team development, and internal growth.
The role predominantly focuses on competition-related projects, with opportunities to work across the firm's different practice areas to foster development and maintain the firm’s values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the firm delivers rigorous insight and remains at the forefront of its areas of expertise.
Deploy resources effectively (self, colleagues, and external collaborators) to deliver robust work.
Collaborate with clients to influence project scope and ensure analysis is resilient to challenge.
Consulting Skills:
Manage internal and external resources to deliver high-quality, insightful, and timely advice.
Exhibit strong project management, communication, and client-handling skills.
Support career development, well-being, and mentoring of team members.
Client Relationships:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to the company's growth.
Understand client needs and pursue profitable opportunities in alignment with company values.

Evident proficiency and experience in competition-related project work.

Excellent communication skills; both verbally and in writing, able to adapt to different audiences/styles.
Great organizational skills – able to organize a varied workload, prioritize effectively and keep stakeholders updated as appropriate.
Good relationship building skills – keen to get to know people from across the Firm, attend meetings and occasionally travel to other offices.
Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish (C1/C2 level).
Prior economic consulting experience in competition economics.
Qualifications:
A degree (or higher) in economics or a highly quantitative discipline.
Ability to apply microeconomic tools to policy and business issues.
Capability to communicate complex economic concepts in non-technical language.
