Diploma qualified
with no less than
2 years’
experience. It would be desirable if you also have a background in an independent advice firm with a broad range of product knowledge. This firm is a growing financial services firm that offers wealth management, mortgages, and employee benefits, and they are looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join the team. This firm has invested heavily in its working culture and environment, offering a long list of well-being-focused benefits in the interest of their employees. Day-to-day duties would include:
Conducting research, and analysis of products and funds Completing cashflow forecasts and financial plans Preparing fund switch, client letters, and illustrations Liaising with product providers and third parties Assisting Paraplanners and Financial Advisers Requirements:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning Sound technical understanding of financial planning Previous experience with conducting research and report writing Knowledge of the Financial Services industry Previous experience working in a similar role Salary and Benefits: A salary of up to £42,000 Hybrid working, 2 days in the office with 3 at home 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with an additional 1 day holiday for each year of service up to 28 days + buy and sell holiday scheme 4x Salary Death in Service 5% employer pension contribution Private Medical Insurance Well-being spaces in the office, welcoming and relaxing working culture with a focus on well-being Voluntary benefits including gym membership, tech, health screenings, and cycle scheme
