Bouygues Energies & Services Industry is recruiting a BIM Manager to support the development and management of BIM across our projects. The BIM Manager will support the design and delivery of project specific BIM plans during the life cycle of each project. The BIM Manager will support the technical and projects teams to ensure successful implementation of processing and tools and will keep up to date with best practice and industry developments. The Role Liaise with internal and external customers to ascertain and define project BIM and Digital Information requirements. Understand the contractual obligations in the delivery of the design and project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) on a project-by-project basis. Produce and manage project BIM documentation including, BIM Execution Plans, Master Information Delivery Plans, Model Production Delivery Tables and Task Information Delivery Plans. Have responsibility for leading the BIM design and coordination process from inception, through to delivery. Regularly report on the overall BIM status of projects. Work closely with the project teams to support successful delivery of the digital aspects of the projects from conception to completion. Maintain and develop good awareness of relevant developments in the industry. Be involved in the preparation of technical and commercial bid proposals. Develop and maintain excellent team relationships through successful project execution. Support general and project specific on training on processes, tools and project requirements. Ensure all correct BIM documentation on projects are in line with business expectations. The Person: Essential Criteria Proven experience in managing the BIM and Digital Information elements of multi-disciplinary projects. A good understanding of the construction industry and processes including architectural, structural, MEP and quantity surveying. A drive to pursue continued education on BIM and related technologies and maintain documents to a relevant BIM standard. Delivery orientated with the commitment to develop others in BIM technologies. Be an effective communicator and a key influencer who is able to deliver change. Be client focused with excellent presentation skills. Experience of working on multiple projects concurrently.
