We are seeking an experienced Aftercare Supervisor to join our team, ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality control in post-construction phases. The ideal candidate will have hands-on

site experience in construction,

particularly in high-end residential projects, and a keen eye for detail to uphold ACT’s exceptional standards. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the aftercare process, ensuring all contractual obligations are met post-handover. Act as a main point of contact for clients following project completion, addressing any issues or queries that arise. Address client concerns promptly and professionally and communicate with the relevant teams. Implement and manage efficient aftercare processes to guarantee client satisfaction. Conduct regular site visits and post-handover inspections to ensure all finishes and installations meet the standards. Maintain accurate records of remedial works and client communications, and document any defects or incomplete works. Ability to identify root causes of common construction defects. Knowledge of tools, techniques and safety protocols for remedial works. Report progress to senior management and clients. Lead and manage the aftercare team, including subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed. Skills & Requirements

Proven experience working on site, ideally in high-end residential construction projects. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and finishing standards. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills to build strong client relationships. NVQ or equivalent experience in a relevant construction discipline. SMSTS, SSSTS or other site supervision certificates. Experience in project management software e.g., Procore. Competent in the use of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant IT tools as well as strong computer skills – Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams as a minimum.
