Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, academies, colleges, and universities to understand their recruitment needs. Identify, attract, and assess high-quality teaching and education support professionals through various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking. Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate engagement and interviews to placement and aftercare support. Ensure all candidates meet strict compliance and safeguarding requirements, including DBS checks, right-to-work documentation, and reference verification. Stay informed about education sector trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand the client base. Provide expert advice to both clients and candidates, negotiate contracts and salary packages, and ensure mutually beneficial placements. Maintain accurate records of candidates, clients, and recruitment activities using CRM systems to ensure efficiency and compliance. Create compelling job adverts, utilise digital platforms to attract top talent, and enhance brand presence within the education sector. Work towards KPIs and revenue targets, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a competitive market. Provide ongoing career advice, interview coaching, and professional development guidance to candidates to help them succeed in their roles.
