We are looking for a dedicated and proactive AOG/CLS & Air Export Agent to manage high-profile, time-sensitive shipments in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is ambitious, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional service while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Key Responsibilities AOG/CLS Responsibilities: Handle urgent and high-pressure shipments with efficiency and accuracy. Proactively identify and implement solutions for service disruptions, keeping customers informed and offering alternative options. Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers, including airlines and trucking companies. Evaluate vendors at defined intervals, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans. Ensure adherence to internal policies, operational process standards (OPS), and external regulations. Continuously assess department process flow to identify areas for improved efficiency. Air Export Responsibilities: Receive, prepare, and route shipments in compliance with customer requirements. Manage freight receipt and processing to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution. Monitor shipments throughout transit to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Willingness to learn and develop expertise in Imports. Invoices customers the expected charges timely and accurately and according to Expeditors and customer requirements. Qualifications
Experience in the handling of AOG, CLS, or Air Export movements. Good market and product knowledge. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously. Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards. Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results. Additional Information
