Description As the Marketing Executive for our client, you will lead the retail marketing strategy to enhance brand presence, engage diverse customer bases, and drive sales growth across an expanding network. You will be responsible for content creation, influencer management across all brands, and coordinating social media, PR, and agency partnerships to ensure a consistent brand message across all platforms. This role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders to design and execute impactful marketing campaigns, promotions, and events that reflect the unique brand identities of our client while resonating with both local and online communities. Your efforts will be instrumental in shaping and executing a unified retail marketing strategy, ensuring consistent growth and engagement as new locations open. Role Responsibilities Retail Marketing & Content Creation: Develop and execute a retail marketing strategy and budget aligned with company goals, store openings, and sales objectives.

Create engaging marketing content for websites, social media channels, and LinkedIn to enhance brand visibility and grow the online community.

Promote content across online and offline channels to maximise reach and engagement.

Collaborate with Operational and Store Managers to identify and leverage local marketing opportunities that drive footfall and sales.

Plan and execute in-store events that align with brand strategy and enhance customer experience.

Manage initiatives to generate new leads through digital campaigns, email marketing, and targeted outreach.

Oversee the organisation and execution of marketing events, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Support product and service promotion through branding, social media, videography, and photography.

Manage campaign execution and database optimisation through CRM/aggregator tools for effective lead management.

Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights on return on investment and optimisation opportunities.

Develop and implement campaigns to attract new customers while maintaining loyalty and engagement across brands.

Store / Site Openings: Support new store/site launches with tailored marketing strategies and events that drive awareness and footfall.

Leverage local marketing channels and community partnerships to maximise engagement with new locations.

Seasonal Marketing: Lead the execution of seasonal marketing campaigns, ensuring cohesive and impactful messaging across all product categories and locations.

Champion customer experience by ensuring timely, relevant, and targeted marketing content that enhances engagement and drives traffic.

Coordinate with sponsorship programmes to align seasonal events with local store promotions.

Brand Guardian: Ensure new products and promotions are effectively showcased across all marketing channels.

Maintain brand consistency across all promotional materials, PR, and communications.

Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong background in retail/hospitality marketing.

Creative mindset with experience in brand development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to take initiative and innovate within a marketing function.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage projects from concept to completion.

Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Commercial awareness with strong numerical and IT skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong creative understanding and experience in brand management.
