Sales Administrator

Provide administrative assistance to the Sales team to ensure efficient operations. Order Processing:

Receive and manage new and used machine sales orders. Supplier & Team Coordination:

Liaise with depot workshops, parts departments, and third-party suppliers to facilitate smooth transactions. Procurement Management:

Raise purchase orders and DTS requests as required. Financial Oversight:

Monitor machine costs and margins to ensure profitability. Team Collaboration:

Contribute to the overall success of the company through strong teamwork and communication. Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Experience:

Prior experience in a sales support role is desirable. Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills would be advantageous). Numeracy:

Strong numerical skills for cost tracking and order management. Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Organised & Detail-Oriented:

Strong administrative and organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Proactive Problem-Solver:

A mindset focused on finding solutions and improving processes. Team Player:
