Key Job Requirements of Sales Administrator/Vehicle Administrator Taxing new and used cars Invoicing new and used cars and preparing appropriate manufacturer handover packs Bringing new and used cars into stock Setting up warranties for approved and non-approved cars Raising payment requisitions for straight purchases and part exchange settlements Checking updates on new cars Ordering, updating, invoicing and taxing fleet and direct supply deals Helping with FCA audits Skills Required Confident personality and articulate Ability to deliver exemplary levels of customer service Excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail Focused, self-motivated Professional, presentable and excellent communication skills Required Experience Ability to demonstrate strong administrative skills Previous Motor Trade Sales Administrator experience is preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment In return for your hard work and dedication, you have the opportunity to earn an excellent salary, plus lots of fantastic benefits.
